Don Raihala’s promise to You
I will vote to stop funding the war effort in Iraq and Afghanistan and fulfill the broken campaign promise of our President to bring it to a swift end.
I will vote to strengthen our nation’s borders and will never vote for amnesty for those illegally in our country.
I will not vote for any legislation that is fiscally irresponsible, increases our national debt or provides an unjust burden on the America people.
I will strive to find a just balance in preserving social security for those who have earned it and to reform the misguided abortion language included in the health care bill.
I do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States.

Many have emailed or called me and asked who do you now endorse? I’ve been pretty consistent in not taking endorsements; therefore I cannot give one.
What does that mean to the 5000 people that voted for me. It means you that have heard or read my message already know the answer. Even with the likelihood of the House changing powers in November, we must hold on to our beliefs and have the courage to stick with our morals, values and common sense and make the right decision. Though on the surface, this can appear to be a bad outcome for Democrats, it actual restores the balance of power in government that our Founding Fathers envisioned and interrupts the destructive path that our liberal controlled government is guiding this country down.
